President 800-472-5790Raymond has been with the Interstate Lab Group for 10 years. He started in our Accounting Department before moving into his role as our V.P. of Operations. Raymond likes to spend most of his summers boating at Lake Erie with his family and friends.

He started as a 2nd shift supervisor and worked several positions including: surface manager, finish manager, Asst. Lab Production manager before moving into his role as V.P. of Production over both locations. He is a family man and an avid motorcycle rider

General Manager, IndyBill Harding joined the ILG team in 2017, formerly owning & operating Lenstech Optical. Bill brings his expertise of the optical industry to his role as the GM at our Indianapolis facility

Bob Gano
Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction Indiana 800-506-4703Bob has been with the ILG for 20 years. During his tenure with us, Bob has worked in surfacing, data entry and final inspection. Bob is well-versed in the workings of the entire laboratory and is a great resource for aiding in lens selection, patient troubleshooting and DVI Wizard help. In his free time, Bob and his wife enjoy hiking and camping, even during the winter months. Bob and his wife would love to reach their goal of camping in every Indiana State Park.

Amanda has been with us for 14 years. During that time, she has worked in the Frames Department, Lens Department, Mailroom and Marketing. During her free time, she loves to sing with her church's chancel choir. She also enjoys biking during the warmer months.
