WHO DO I CALL FOR ORDERS AND QUESTIONS?

Can the Interstate Lab Group process VSP orders?

Interstate Optical Ohio (#0104) and Interstate Lab Group-Indy (#0687) are both VSP Contract Laboratories. Look for our labs on Eyefinity lab listing.

How do I set up an account?

Setting up an account is easy! Simply visit our New Account Setup page and download our account application. Complete the two-page application and fax it to us at 1-800-342-4136, or email it to Info@interstatelabgroup.com. If you'd just like us to send you more information on The Interstate Lab Group, simply email Info@interstatelabgroup.com and request our information packet. Be sure to include your office name and address!

Can you process EyeMed orders?

Yes! Both lab locations are Eyemed providing labs.

What is your turnaround time on orders?

86% of all orders we receive are shipped out within 4 calendar days, with many shipping in 2-3 days.  While we produce both uncut and edged Rx orders, 92% of all orders we receive are edged and over 60% include non-glare.  We operate three shifts of production and are fortunate to have the technology and equipment to product most all orders on-site.  

Do I get a discount on frame-only orders?

All frames have a minimum discount of 10% off Frames Book pricing.  Additional discounts are available with volume commitments.  Contact your ILG Sales Consultant for more information!

Do you charge for shipping?

We have a nominal per order charge which includes insurance coverage for all orders shipped.  Rx orders are always shipped via overnight service.  

Do you carry other optical supplies?

We have many dispensary-related tools and supplies available.  Please visit our Frames & Optical Supplies page (under Products) for a listing of items.  

Can you help with opening a new optical?

We have many of the supplies you need to set up an optical dispensary including Displays and Furniture, frames and related supplies.  Contact us and we can help with planning your new dispensary.  For display ideas, visit www.DispensaryExpress.com

Do you participate in manufacturer reward programs?

Yes, you earn reward points from all lens manufacturer programs for which you sign up and qualify, including Essilor, Kodak, Shamir and VSP.  For assistance signing up, just contact us.  In addition you can sign up for Interstate promotions at our Partnership Rewards Portal.
