Essilor Experts workshop: Columbus,OH 6/29

The KOA Spring Conference will offer 20 hours of continuing education on April 16-18, 2026 in Lexington at the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Central Bank Center.

The conference agenda provides 5 hours of Expanded Therapeutics and two hours of Pain Management CE. Expanded Therapeutics CE can count as either ETP hours or TPA hours.

The conference will also offer 12 hours of CE for paraoptometric/opticians on April 17-18, 2026. 

There is a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Hotel for $259 a night. Make a reservation at the Hyatt Regency Hotel or by calling 800-233-1234 and ask for G-METR room block. Block is open until 3/20/2026 or when it is full.

Indiana Optometry's Meeting, the 129th annual convention, will be held at the Embassy Suites in Plainfield on April 17-18, 2026.

Offering 14 continuing education hours that qualify for Indiana Optometry Board credit (14 Legend Drug hours) and six support staff education hours, Indiana Optometry's Meeting will be held April 17 - 18, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield, IN. The annual convention includes top notch education, the annual Awards Luncheon, an engaging trade show with industry partners, the House of Delegates meeting, and the chance to connect with friends and other professionals in optometry. 

Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield Conference Center & Hotel located at 6089 Clarks Creek Road, Plainfield, IN  46168.  For those attendees that are not staying at the hotel, please use the conference center address of 2353 Perry Road, Plainfield, IN 46168.

Group room rates (while rooms are available) starting at $289 per room/per night (excluding fees).  The cut-off for the room block is April 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

Register by April 26, 2026 to avoid additional charges. The last day to cancel with a refund is April 4, 2026. There will be a $50.00 Administrative fee for all cancellations. Any cancellations after April 11, 2026 will not be refunded due to food costs that have already been submitted.
